About Me

I am Tatyana, a coach and personal development trainer.
Throughout my career, I have been a team leader, trainer, and mentor to many students and professionals. This experience has given me deep
insight into the challenges people face in their personal
and professional growth. But my story doesn’t end there.

I am a mother of two active sons who keep me grounded and motivated.

My coaching approach is based on a unique combination of ICF techniques, scientific knowledge about the human body and its
physiology, as well as other methods, including visualization, relaxation, and meditative practices. I take into account how stress and emotions affect the body at the cellular and physiological levels, as well as the importance of hormonal balance for overall well-being. This allows me to provide clients with a deep understanding of their internal state and individually tailored
strategies for achieving conscious transformation.

Coaching

We will begin with a free 30-minute conversation to discuss general topics, answer initial questions, and set expectations. This is also a great opportunity to get to know each other. At this stage, there are no obligations. The success of coaching largely depends on
mutual understanding and the connection between the coach and the client. If we both feel that this is a good collaboration, we will proceed with a 60-minute session. After the first session, we will decide together if we want to continue working further, if
necessary. The duration and frequency of our meetings will be determined individually, based on your specific goals and needs. We will discuss all details, including costs, during our initial meeting. Typically, the coaching process involves 5-10 sessions.

As a specialist with an academic background, I combine my scientific knowledge with integrative methods such as meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. This allows me to offer my clients a more comprehensive approach to developing personal resilience.

Within this framework, I have developed a unique course called "Biology of Stress and Balance: A Scientific Approach to Stress and Resilience Development." This course is supported by exercises, breathing techniques, meditations, and other practices that strengthen resilience for those who want to build a healthy relationship with themselves. It focuses on a comprehensive study of stress and resilience enhancement using scientifically based methods, including practices that have straightforward scientific explanations.
