Individual coaching

We will start with a free 30-minute consultation to discuss general issues, answer initial questions and set expectations. This is also a great opportunity to get to know each other. If we both feel that this is a good partnership, we will continue with a 60-minute introductory session. There is no obligation before this point. The success of coaching depends largely on the understanding and connection between the coach and the coachee. After the first session, we will decide together whether we want to continue working together. The length and frequency of our meetings will be determined individually based on your specific goals and needs. We will discuss all the details, including costs, during our first meeting.

With my scientific background and research experience, I strive for a fact-based, data-driven approach, using scientifically proven methods and proven coaching techniques. In addition, I incorporate elements of mindfulness and harmonizing practices such as meditation and energy exercises for a deeper, more balanced approach that helps unlock inner resources.

In addition, my work involves helping people overcome internal barriers and stressful situations, which is especially relevant for those who are faced with adaptation to new conditions or seeking a balance between personal and professional life. Inspiration, energy and support on a subtle level.
I believe that support should not only be verbal, but also energetic. Imagine that the frequency of your internal vibrations could be increased? What if at the end of our conversation you felt an uplift of spirit and mind, the birth of a special internal state? This is not just a fleeting improvement in mood, but a new resource state filled with freedom, a flow of ideas, vitality, joy and love for life. This state will not disappear in a couple of days. This is the state of an active creator of your own life. Together we can choose the necessary meditation that will help in finding the Path, working with negative programs, attitudes on a subconscious level, self-esteem and love for yourself, purpose and choosing your path, getting rid of internal and external clamps and relieving stress.

Courses

The title of the program is "The Biology of Stress and Balance: A Scientific Approach to Stress and Building Resilience Techniques." This is a unique course supported by exercises, breathing techniques, meditations, and other practices to build resilience for those who want to build a healthy relationship with themselves. The course is aimed at a comprehensive study of stress and building resilience using scientifically proven methods, including exercises and meditations. After completing the course, you will gain a deep understanding of stress-related processes and practical skills that will help you overcome stressful situations and find harmony within yourself.
